With a Master of Social Work (MSW) and expertise in leadership and community engagement, Alma brings a results-driven, student-centered approach to program development. She has helped train over 15 educator cohorts and supported learning experiences reaching more than 3,500 students, delivering programs that strengthen connection, spark curiosity, and create lasting impact across school communities.
